The online store www.alpos.si (AlposAlu Online Store) is operated by Alpos Alu d.o.o. Cesta Kozjanskega odreda 29b SI-3230 Šentjur, registration number: 5800650000, tax identification number: SI50775669 (AlposAlu). The AlposAlu Online Store is an information system designed for presenting and selling our products to users.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale have been drawn up according to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2), the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), and the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZisRPS).
AlposAlu sells products in the AlposAlu Online Store in its name and for its account.
The General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the AlposAlu Online Store, the rights and obligations of AlposAlu and the buyer. The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase (placing of an online order). When placing an order, the user is put on notice of the general terms and conditions, and by submitting an order, it confirm its familiarity with them.
The provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of operation of the AlposAlu Online Store without prior notice.
AlposAlu and the buyer regulate their mutual obligations concerning the online store service with the terms and conditions provided here. AlposAlu delivers ordered products to buyers in Slovenia and the European Union. Information about products, terms and conditions, online applications, and other information in the online store is available in the Slovenian and English languages. For additional information, you can write to us at the email address info@alpos-alu.eu. If we cannot answer your question immediately, we will provide you with an answer as soon as possible. AlposAlu allows for the possibility of errors in published product descriptions or product prices.
The trademarks appearing on these pages are registered trademarks of AlposAlu or AlposAlu has the right to use them.
A user is a person who uses AlposAlu's purchasing system, i.e., a buyer in the AlposAlu Online Store. The buyer makes a purchase with or without registration. A person providing the data specified when placing an order is considered a buyer. Later changes to the buyer's data are not possible.
We require the following information from the buyer: surname and first name, address, telephone number, and email address to send the buyer a notification about the order status. We also require delivery information when the billing address is not the same as the delivery address.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he or she accepts the provider's general terms and conditions of sale published on this page.
AlposAlu undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information before concluding a contract or submitting an offer:
AlposAlu strives to ensure that the information published in the AlposAlu Online Store is up-to-date and correct. However, the information (price, delivery time, product features) may not be updated promptly. In such a case, AlposAlu will inform the customer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or change the order.
Photos of the products for sale are symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics and quality of the products.
Select the product, mark the desired product characteristics, and add it to the cart by clicking on the button:
"ADD TO CART". If the online store reports: out of stock, the product with the desired characteristics cannot be ordered. The AlposAlu Online Store will not allow you to continue shopping. In this case, select another product or different product characteristics. You can repeat the same procedure several times with different products in different quantities.
In the upper right corner of the AlposAlu Online Store, you will see the shopping cart button,
where the shopping cart is constantly filled with the number of items. If you touch the shopping cart button with your computer mouse pointer, you will see the currently selected products, their quantity and price per piece.
On the same button below, you will see the option "View and edit shopping cart".
By clicking on this button, a new menu will open with all selected products, quantity, and price. Here you can add the quantity of the selected product or remove it from the cart. You can continue shopping by clicking on Return to Shopping. All products in the cart will be preserved.
When you have the products you want to order in your shopping cart, click on the button »complete the purchase«.
In the form for completing the purchase, you must fill in the following information:
- email address,
- name and surname,
- address
- In the case of a company invoice, fill in the tax number,
- phone number.
The next step depends on the selected payment method:
· Payment by invoice - The AlposAlu online store will thank you for your purchase with an email message upon completion of the order. The invoice will be sent to your email address as an attachment as soon as possible. After receiving the payment to the provider's transaction account, the order will be shipped to the buyer. The products will be reserved for 7 days. If we do not receive payment within this period, the product reservation will no longer be valid and will be available for purchase by other customers.
· Credit card payment – when paying by credit card, enter the card number, name and surname of the cardholder, expiration date, and security code. After checking the payment confirmation data, you may be required to finally authorize the transaction through an additional security check. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation with information about the order and delivery to your email address.
· PayPal payment – log in to your PayPal account, check and confirm the transaction data. After confirmation, you will be redirected back to the store's website, where you will receive a notification of successful payment and details about the order and delivery to your email address.
· PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT (REDEEM) – Alpos Alu prepares the shipment and sends it to the recipient along with the delivery costs and the redemption price.
By clicking on the SUBMIT ORDER button
the purchase is completed. It is no longer possible to change the order and delivery information. The order has been placed, and the buyer is hereby obligated to pay the amount of the order. AlposAlu confirms receipt of the order by sending the buyer a notification of receipt of the order and a printout of the order itself to the provided email address. In the case of placing an order with the payment method of pro forma invoice, the buyer will also receive a pro forma invoice in a second notification.
If you believe that an error has occurred or you would like to replace, remove or add products to your order, please inform us on time (the same day as you placed the order) at the email address info@alpos-alu.eu. We will arrange a change to the order to mutual satisfaction and within the given possibilities.
All prices in the AlposAlu Online Store are in EUR (euros) and include VAT (value added tax).
The regular price of the product is the recommended price of AlposAlu, the discount in % indicates the amount of the discount for the product in the online store, the online price of the product is the regular price reduced by the value of the discount on the product, which is paid by the buyer (it is the same for all buyers).
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. If the price information is incorrect or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider allows the buyer to withdraw from the purchase or proposes a solution to the satisfaction of both parties.

AlposAlu issues the buyer an invoice in a digital form with itemized prices and costs for the ordered products and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible.
When delivering the ordered products, AlposAlu encloses a printed and signed delivery note to the buyer. The invoice is sent in digital form to the email address added when the order is placed.
The prices of the products and costs related to the purchase are detailed in the invoice, which also provides information on the right to withdraw from the contract.
The buyer is required to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account any objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.
The delivery time for ordered products that are in stock is 5 to 15 working days. Products that are not in stock are available within 30 days or the period mutually agreed upon between the buyer and AlposAlu.
It may occur that stocks of individual products run out and are no longer available. If we cannot provide you with the ordered product, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will inform you in writing of the cancellation of the order in due time.
The delivery period for products paid for by a pro forma invoice to the AlposAlu bank account begins on the first business day after receipt of the purchase price to the bank account. The delivery period for products paid upon receipt begins on the day of order confirmation.
We deliver to your home or to a selected pickup location in Slovenia. The ordered products will be delivered to you by our partner GLS Slovenia or another delivery service, if this allows the order to be fulfilled more efficiently. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier's lack of promptness. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the package is available for pickup at a GLS Slovenia pickup location. Delivery to a P.O. box is not possible. AlposAlu delivers the ordered products to the buyer's address or another delivery address provided by the buyer via GLS Slovenia or another delivery service.
AlposAlu reserves the right to split the order into several separate shipments due to different delivery times for the products ordered. The buyer will thus receive the ordered products in several shipments without additional delivery costs. AlposAlu, or its authorized delivery service, reserves the right to verify the identity of the recipient of the product as appropriate (inspection of personal or other documents), as this ensures that the ordered product will be delivered to the right customer or buyer.
The delivery cost of ordered products is calculated according to the GLS price list, depending on weight and size, and depending on the buyer's country.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the purchased products without paying any compensation. The buyer must notify the provider in writing of the intended return no later than 14 days from receipt of the product to the email address info@alpos-alu.eu, and return the products within a further 30 days.
A return is possible for products that are not damaged and show no signs of use. The product must be undamaged, in unchanged quantity and show no signs of use.
The buyer returns the products to the address Alpos Alu d.o.o. Cesta Kozjanskega odreda 29b SI-3230 Šentjur or delivers it personally to the same address. The products must be unused, undamaged upon return, and a copy of the invoice and a completed return form must be attached.
The cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the products. The buyer pays these costs, which are calculated according to the price list of the delivery service and depend on the size and weight of the product. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows tracking and that you return the products in the packaging in which you received them or in other appropriate packaging.
If the buyer returns the received products following the return procedure, AlposAlu will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal from the contract or after receiving the returned goods. AlposAlu will refund the purchase price to the buyer's transaction account.
The buyer can also return the products in person at the address Alpos Alu d.o.o. Cesta Kozjanskega odreda 29b SI-3230 Šentjur, from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm. When returned, the products must be in the same (original) condition as they were delivered to the buyer at the time of sale, unused and undamaged, show no signs of use, and a copy of the invoice and a completed return form must be attached. AlposAlu may, at the buyer's request, replace the products with other products or refund the purchase price.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in contracts whose subject is a product that was manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions, that was adapted to his personal needs (customized), that is not suitable for return due to its nature, that is perishable or that has already expired.
If the shipment is damaged in any way, is missing content or shows any signs that it was opened, the buyer must initiate the complaint procedure with the delivery service.
The damaged goods must be photographed so that the damaged package or packaging and the delivery service label, from which the package number can be read, are visible. In the event of a delivery complaint, please inform us at the email address info@alpos-alu.eu, and we will be happy to assist you.
If you believe that the product is not as it should be, you can bring it with the invoice or send it to AlposAlu:
This section applies to products that have a warranty. Information about the product warranty is listed on the product description page. If there is no warranty information, the product does not have a warranty. Products have a warranty if it is stated so on the warranty statement or the invoice. AlposAlu guarantees the quality of the product or its flawless operation during the warranty period, if the buyer uses it in accordance with its intended purpose and the attached instructions. The warranty period is stated on the warranty statement. The buyer can claim the warranty right from AlposAlu.
The buyer will be informed about the method of resolving the complaint within 8 days of receiving the goods. AlposAlu is required to repair the product no later than 45 days from receiving the goods. If this is not possible, it must replace the product with a new, flawless product or refund a part of the purchase price in proportion to the defect or refund the entire purchase price for the product.
In the case of sending goods by mail, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the right under the warranty is justified, the buyer will be reimbursed for the shipping costs in addition to the purchase price.
The right to exercise the warranty claim on the product is governed by the Consumer Protection Act.
You can exercise a material defect claim for all products that you believe do not have the properties necessary for their normal use or do not have the properties necessary for the specific use for which you purchased the product. You can exercise a material defect claim within 2 months of discovering the alleged defect or within 2 years of the goods being taken over by you. It is considered that the defect in the product already existed at the time of delivery if it appears within 6 months of delivery. The buyer will be informed about the method of resolving the complaint within 8 days of receiving the goods.
The consumer must describe the defect in detail in the defect notification and allow AlposAl to inspect the product. If the defect is not disputed, AlposAlu must satisfy the consumer's claim as soon as possible, but no later than within 8 days. If there is a dispute about the defect, the provider must provide the consumer with a written response within the same period.
The buyer, who has properly notified the provider of the defect, has the right to request from AlposAlu:
· correction of the defect in the goods or
· return of part of the paid amount in proportion to the defect or
· replacement of the defective product with a new flawless product or
· return of the purchase price for the product.
The buyer shall send or deliver the product, together with the form and invoice, to the AlposAlu address.
In the case of shipping the goods by mail, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the material defect is substantiated, the buyer will be refunded the shipping costs in addition to the purchase price.
The right to assert a material defect of the product is governed by the Consumer Protection Act.
The purchase contract between AlposAlu and the buyer is concluded at the moment when AlposAlu confirms the order (sends the buyer an electronic notification of order confirmation to his or her email address). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are agreed upon and apply to both AlposAlu and the buyer.
The purchase contract is concluded in the Slovenian language and is stored in electronic form on the AlposAlu server, and is provided to the buyer in electronic form upon his or her request.
AlposAlu ensures the security of purchases in the AlposAlu Online Store. AlposAlu carefully protects the data about customers that AlposAlu obtains on the website www.alpos.si. Please read more about personal data protection in the personal data protection policy.

AlposAlu respects the applicable legislation and strives to resolve all disputes amicably. The buyer can forward complaints to AlposAlu at the email address info@alpos-alu.eu or to the address: Alpos Alu d.o.o. Cesta Kozjanskega odreda 29b SI-3230 Šentjur with the note Complaint. AlposAlu will try to deal with the complaints received as soon as possible and find a favorable solution together with the buyer. If a solution is not found, the court at the seat of AlposAlu is competent for resolving disputes.
AlposAlu informs visitors to its website and potential and existing customers who have the status of a consumer within the meaning of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the ZIsRPS, in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 32 of the ZIsRPS, that at this time it does not recognize any CDR provider as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate in accordance with this Act, which means that any disputes, if the parties fail to resolve them amicably, shall be resolved before the competent court of AlposAlu.
AlposAlu, which, as a provider of goods and services, enables online commerce in the Republic of Slovenia, publishes an electronic link to the platform for online consumer dispute resolution (ODR) on its website. The platform is available to consumers here.
